Abstract Submission
SIF ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Abstracts for the 43rd SIF National Congress may be submitted exclusivelythrough the Template and only for Under 38* Symposia and Posters.
Submission of symposium is not possible at the moment.
*Please note that in this edition there will be no oral communication sessions. Scientific contributions (abstracts) selected as oral communications will be included exclusively within symposia proposed by SIF members under 38. Anyone wishing to submit an abstract as an oral communication must submit the abstract by selecting the title of a symposium.
The deadline for submission of scientific contributions is MARCH 31st, 2026.
Abstracts submitted after the deadline will NOT be eligible for inclusion in the symposia.
Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Novelty, quality, relevance, and clarity of the work will be considered. Therefore, abstracts must include an accurate description of the results obtained and, where possible, a description of the statistical analysis.
ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
Abstracts may be submitted exclusively using the TEMPLATE DOCUMENT (downloadable in the ABSTRACT AREA):
- Maximum length: 3,000 characters, including spaces
- Must be written in English (please note: English language editing will not be provided; review by a native speaker or expert is strongly recommended. Abstracts will not undergo proofreading. Please ensure correct spelling, spacing after punctuation, proper punctuation, and compliance with syntax rules).
- May include a maximum of 1 table and 1 image and/or figure, if considered important for completeness.
IMPORTANT
The Template Document MUST NOT CONTAIN TITLE, AUTHORS, OR AFFILIATIONS, as these data are requested separately in the sections “Submitter Management” and “Authors Management”.
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE (5 STEPS)
1 – Submitter Management
Please note that the Submitter is considered the Presenting Author.
Required data: First Name, Last Name, City, Contact Details.
Affiliation must be written in full (Institution/Company, Hospital/University/Department, City, Country).
2 – Authors Management
Required data: First Name, Last Name, City, Email.
Affiliation must be written in full (Institution/Company, Hospital/University/Department, City, Country).
3 – Type, Topic, and Abstract Title
- Type: Oral or Poster
- Topic: “VIEW TOPICS” (link al file topics)
- The letter P identifies a topic for POSTER presentation
- The letter SY identifies a title for oral presentation in a SYMPOSIUM
4 – File Upload
Rename the Template Document as follows:
LastName PresentingAuthor_Code_AbstractTitle
Example:
ROSSI_SY01_chronic pelvic pain
5 – Submission
Click the “NEXT” button at the bottom of the page to complete submission.
After submission, the system will automatically send an email notification to the Submitter confirming receipt of the abstract. Acceptance confirmation will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat 3P Solution not before APRIL 30, 2026 and no later than MAY 6, 2026.
